Electrical and Electronics Engineering is an engineering discipline with a wide range of applications. Technologies such as computers (network, hardware, software), communications (mobile, wireless, fixed line, satellite, internet, sonar and radar), consumer electronics (radio, TV, PDA, digital cameras, Hi-Fi, mp3, CD, DVD players) , power generation and transmission, transportation (anti-lock brakes, autopilots, electronic suspension, cruise and stability control), instrumentation, sensors (GPS), biomedical technology (diagnostics and imaging) and robotics are are the most well-known products of this engineering discipline. Information and Communication Technologies, which has developed rapidly in recent years, is a sub-discipline of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Upon the basic engineering education they have received, our graduates can continue their graduate education not only in Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate programs, but also in other engineering disciplines such as Computer Engineering, Software Engineering and Biomedical Engineering and they can find the opportunity to work in small, medium and large-sized enterprises in the civil and military electrical, electronics, communication, automotive and biomedical sectors.

We welcome everyone who wants to be one of the contributors of this branch of engineering, which develops the technologies of the future, to our department to move forward together in this field.
